Island Schwanenwerder
On 30 April 2013 historical information panels were unveiled on Schwanenwerder Island – a project commissioned by the Cultural Affairs department of the Senate Chancellery and realised by the Aktive Museum in cooperation with Steglitz-Zehlendorf district council.
